I was a combat medic for alpha company, 1st platoon, 3/8th, 4th Infantry Division in and around Dakto. There would be no turning back now! Sgt. Alto Anderson was a very brave soul and a hero of the first order. Like me he was an African American who was in the boonies when Dr. King was killed.
