Multiple loops and connectors for alcian blue stained HA
Working Model for Biomatrixgenesis Complex
Plasmids are small circular (and sometimes double stranded) DNA of varying size from 1Kbp to 1000 Kbp. This variation in size minicks the variation in size seen for hyaluronic acid, the sacffold for biomatrixgenesis. Could hyaluronic acid, which has a minimum size requirement for self-association and cell adhesion, be a scaffold for plasmid DNA. Two micron ring structures of plasmids have been identified. If true then the binding of DNA to hyaluronic acid should be a more natural pathway to stem cell research and the growth of new organs. For one thing the appearance of Cell surface binding proteins with cytoplasmic domains would support HA NANOBITS as a scaffold for stem cell genesis because this takes place before differentiation, morpogenesis, and matrix engineering. This would be the initiation step for biomatrixgenesis. Single and double stranded HA should be compared single and double stranded DNA as well as to the Kreb cycle. These results will add further proof that glucose is the genesis molecule for all life and my HA NANOBITS (hexamer) form a mini-lab for stem cell genesis.
